- 2 pkg. fresh carrots, sliced thin
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Place sliced carrots in boiling salted water.

2Cook about 3 to 5 minutes.

3Drain.

4Add onion and pepper.

5Set aside.

6Mix tomato soup, oil, vinegar and sugar together.

7Bring to boil.

8Pour over carrot mixture.

9Refrigerate.
