- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water until tender; drain.

2Mix together sugar, Wesson oil, vinegar and tomato soup.

3Bring to a boil.

4Add bell pepper and onion.

5Pour mixture over drained carrots and mix.

6Keeps well.

7Serve hot or cold.
