- 5 c. carrots, peeled, cooked until almost tender, then sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Directions

1Arrange first 3 ingredients in layers.

2Combine the rest and bring to boil.

3Pour over carrots, etc.

4Chill at least 12 hours. When serving, remove carrots, etc. with a slotted spoon, from the marinade which can be used again.

5Can be made days ahead of time.
