- 2 cans sliced carrots
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Drain carrots and pour into big bowl.

2Place onion and pepper rings on top.

3In saucepan over medium heat combine rest of ingredients.

4Stir with wire whisk until all ingredients are well dissolved and warmed.

5Pour over vegetables and toss lightly to cover all vegetables.

6Cover and marinate overnight.

7You can add more carrots as needed to marinate.

8Keeps a week or so.
