- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix 1/4 cup water and yeast.

2In separate bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups of water, sugar and salt. Add yeast mixture, then add 4 1/2 cups flour.

3Let rise 15 minutes.

4Knead down and shape. Brush with melted butter.

5Let rise 15 minutes. Bake 15 minutes at 350° to 375°.
