- 5 c. sliced carrots, cooked
- 1 medium onion, sliced in rounds
- 1 green pepper, sliced in rounds
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain carrots and cool.

2Mix with green peppers and onions. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Cover and marinate in refrigerator 12 hours or more. Will keep in refrigerator at least 2 weeks.
