Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained or 2 (1 lb.) cans carrots, drained
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz. size)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix carrots, green pepper and onion; set aside.

    Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Pour over carrot mixture and mix well.

    Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
