- 2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained or 2 (1 lb.) cans carrots, drained
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz. size)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix carrots, green pepper and onion; set aside.

2Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Pour over carrot mixture and mix well.

4Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
