- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. sliced celery
Directions

1Cook carrots until almost tender, drain.

2Bring to boil soup, vinegar, sugar, pepper, onion and celery.

3Pour over carrots. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
