- 2 lb. sliced, cooked carrots, drained and cooled
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots; drain and cool.

2Slice onion and green pepper; mix with carrots.

3Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.

4Pour over carrot mix and mix well.

5Cover and let stand 12 hours or more before serving.

6Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or more.
