Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook sliced carrots in salt water with a little sugar.

    Place in bowl with green pepper and onion.

    Heat rest of the ingredients and pour over; marinate overnight in refrigerator.

    Serve at room temperature.
