- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook sliced carrots in salt water with a little sugar.

2Place in bowl with green pepper and onion.

3Heat rest of the ingredients and pour over; marinate overnight in refrigerator.

4Serve at room temperature.
