  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked
  • 1 small green pepper, sliced or diced
  • 1 medium/small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except carrots. Add cooled carrots and mix thoroughly.

    Marinate for 2 or 3 days.

    When carrots are used up, add more.
  4. 4
    Keeps for 4 weeks.
