- 2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked
- 1 small green pepper, sliced or diced
- 1 medium/small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except carrots. Add cooled carrots and mix thoroughly.

2Marinate for 2 or 3 days.

3When carrots are used up, add more.

4Keeps for 4 weeks.
