Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In a saucepan, cover carrots with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.

2Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.

3Add all the other ingredients and chill overnight in refrigerator.

4Serve cold.

5Can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks.

6Makes 1 quart.
