Ingredients

  • carrots, cooked until tender and drained
  • 1 large or 2 small bell peppers, cut
  • 1 large purple onion, cut
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. oil (Wesson)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. red vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine tomato soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

    Pour over carrots, onions and peppers.

    Let stand for 12 hours.

    Keep in refrigerator.
