- 1 large or 2 small bell peppers, cut
- 1 large purple onion, cut
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 c. oil (Wesson)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. red vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine tomato soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

2Pour over carrots, onions and peppers.

3Let stand for 12 hours.
