- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. diced green peppers
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook sliced carrots until tender-crisp.

2Bring to a boil the tomato soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt.

3Remove from heat and pour over drained and cooled carrots.

4Let marinate at least 2 days before serving.

5Will keep two weeks in refrigerator.
