- 2 pkg. carrots
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots.

2Boil carrots until tender.

3Drain and cool.

4Mix and bring to a boil the sugar, oil, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.

5Add soup and blend until smooth.
