- 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots for 5 minutes, then drain and cool.

2Mix other ingredients in a bowl.
