- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion or instant onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook carrots in 1-inch boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well and pour over the carrots. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight and serve cold.
