- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 rib celery
- onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Peel and thinly slice carrots.

2Cook until tender.

3Drain and cool.

4Mix and bring to boil:

5sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and soup.

6Slice onion, pepper and celery thinly.

7Mix with cooked carrots.

8Remove sauce from heat and pour over carrots.

9May be served hot or cold.
