- 1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 C. oil
- 3/4 C. vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix tomato soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

2Layer carrots, onion rings, and bell pepper slices.

3Cover with sauce.

4Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.

5Mixture may be replenished by adding carrots, onions, and bell peppers as they are used.

6By being kept covered in the refrigerator, sauce may be kept for a month.
