  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced
  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 large onion (1 c.)
  • 1 small bell pepper, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
