  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

    Cook carrots and salt until tender.

    Blend other ingredients; beat well.

    Alternate layers of carrots, onion and green pepper.
