- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain.

2Combine with onion and green pepper. Set aside.

3Combine soup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard. Stir until well mixed.

4Pour over carrots.

5Toss lightly with a fork.
