- 4 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. canned milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- cornmeal as needed

1Marinate fillets for 2 to 3 hours in mustard, canned milk, salt and pepper mixture.

2Roll fillets in cornmeal.

3Fry to light golden brown in 1 inch of grease in hot skillet.

4Catfish fries fast, so don't overcook.
