  • 2 cut-up chickens or equivalent pieces
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions

    Place chicken face up in a roasting pan.

    Cover with dry onion soup; cover completely with cranberry sauce.

    Cover.

    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake as is, at 350° for 1 hour. Remove cover and brown as desired.

    Serve hot or cold.
