- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3/4 tsp. fines herbes
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (if desired)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Marinate chicken at least three hours in combination of all remaining ingredients.
