- 1 bag Chikuwa
- 1/2 Onion
- 40 grams Carrot
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Black pepper
Directions

1Cut the onion into thin slices, and soak in water.

2Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips, and sprinkle with a small amount of salt (not listed).

3Cut the chikuwa diagonally.

4Mix ingredients in a bowl to make marinade.

5Mix the sugar, salt, and vinegar first, and when dissolved, mix with the olive oil.

6Squeeze the excess water out from the onion, cucumber, and the carrot.

7Add to Step 3 bowl with the chikuwa, toss together, then it's done.

8Letting it sit for a little allows the flavor to absorb and makes it more delicious.
