- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. red vinegar wine
- 1/2 c. white vinegar wine
- 1 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain all vegetables and mix in a bowl.

2Heat all vinegar wines, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

3Heat until sugar is melted.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Refrigerate 24 hours and stir during this time.

6Keep in a bowl with lid.

7This is very good and lasts up to two weeks.
