- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 c. beer
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 (3 to 10 lb.) chuck steak or roast
Directions

1Combine the ingredients and pour over meat.

2Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

3Place roast in roasting pan and brush with marinade.

4Roast at 325° for 2 1/2 hours for rare roast.
