- 2 lb. blue hake or haddock fish fillets
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Lea & Perrins steak sauce
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cut fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fillets in shallow dish or marinating tray.

3Marinate overnight (or up to 4 hours) in refrigerator. Broil in oven for 4 to 6 minutes until fish flakes easily.
