  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except steak, in a large, shallow dish, stirring well.

    Place steak in dish.

    Score steak on each side.

    Marinate overnight, turning at least twice.

    Grill or broil about 8 minutes on each side.
