Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak
- 3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped, Including Some Of The Greens
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
Directions

1Score the flank steak in a diamond pattern on both sides.

2Combine all the rest of the ingredients and put in a heavy plastic bag with the flank steak and refrigerate.

3(The longer you can marinate this, the better I try to get it started the day before Im going to cook it, but its still good even if you only let it marinate for 4-6 hours.)

4Once your grill is hot, grill to taste I like medium rare, which is probably 5-6 minutes a side, but my husband likes his done a little more than that.

5Slice VERY thin.

6This is one of the few times I use an electric knife to slice meat.

7Serve it up!

8This makes excellent sandwiches cold, if you ever manage to have leftovers.
