  • 1 (300 g) package goat cheese, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 12 cup olive oil (or more)
  • 14 cup balsmaic vinegar
  • 34 cup bick's hot pepper rings
  • 8 habitant queen olives, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 4 sprigs rosemary

Directions

    Place goat cheese rounds on desired serving platter.

    Make sure the platter has sides to prevent dripping.

    Drizzle oil and vinegar over platter and cheese.

    Scatter pepper rings and olives over oil mixture.

    Add garlic slices.

    Place rosemary sprigs on plate.

    Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.

    Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before sreving.
