  • 12 oz. , cut into 1-inch slices
  • 4 leeks, trimmed and split in half lengthwise

  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
  • 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
  • 32 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Directions

    Heat grill or broiler.

    Using a basting brush, coat all sides of tempeh, leeks and carrots with salad dressing; cover and set aside.

    Place tempeh and vegetables on grill across the grates lengthwise, or on broiler pan.

    Grill each side about 5 min., basting with remaining marinade.

    Cook rice according to package instructions.

    Divide entree and rice evenly among 4 plates.

    Complement each meal with 1 cup of yogurt.
