- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 12 lbs small mushrooms, trimmed
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions

1Combine the wine vinegar and broth in a saucepan.

2Bring to a bail.

3Stir in the mushrooms.

4Boil for 2 minutes.

5Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the liquid.

6Cool the mushrooms to room temperature.

7Combine the reserved liquid, salad dressing and Italian seasoning in a bowl and mix well.

8Add the mushrooms and mix gently.

9Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 to 10 hours.

10The flavor of the mushrooms is enhanced with a longer marinating time.
