- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, rinsed and sliced thick
- 1 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
- onion salt
Directions

1Melt butter in medium skillet.

2Add garlic and mushrooms. Sprinkle mushrooms with onion salt and add sherry and brown sugar. Saute until tender, about 10 minutes.

3Serve in broth with salt and pepper to taste.
