  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
