  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned pepper
  • 3 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix ingredients.

    Pour over roast and marinate overnight. Bake at 250° for 3 to 4 hours.

    Cool and slice.

    Place back in marinade to heat and serve.
