Marinated Sliced Pickles

- 1 (32 oz.) jar dill sliced pickles (Vlasic or other brand can be used), drained well
- 2 1/2 c. sugar (2 2/3 if you prefer sweeter pickles)
- 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spice, put in cheesecloth is best (can be used loose also)
Directions

1In a large bowl, marinate at room temperature for 24 to 30 hours.

2Mix occasionally during marinating.

3Then you can store in jars (whatever size you want).

4If spices are in cheesecloth, throw them away.

5Refrigerate.

6Keeps for weeks.
