- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 medium to large onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots (not too soft).

2Combine remaining ingredients except onion and pepper.

3Bring to a boil.

4Add onion and pepper and bring to a boil again.

5Pour over carrots and let stand. After cooling, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
