  • 4 (8 to 12 oz.) steaks
  • 1 tsp. fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/4 c. white cooking wine
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice
