- 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions

1combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

2marinate fish in a sealable bag for 30 minutes minimum.

3grill fish brushing several times during cooking process about 4-5 minutes per side.

4serve with a fresh tomato salad or a crisp green salad.
