- 1 (5 to 7 lb.) turkey breast
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/8 c. salt
- 1/8 c. pepper
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Place turkey in browning bag and place in shallow roasting pan.

2Combine parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.

3Pour over turkey.

4Seal bag and bake at 300° for 4 to 5 hours.

5Cut several slits in top of bag before placing in oven.

6Serve hot with thickened pan drippings.

7Drippings can be thickened with a small amount (1 to 2 tablespoons) cornstarch mixed with water.
