- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 jar diced pimento, drained
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine vegetables, tossing lightly.

2Combine last 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over vegetables, stirring gently to blend.

3Cover and chill 24 hours.

4Serve on lettuce leaf.
