Marinated Vegetable Salad

  • 3 c. each broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 large bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 ribs celery, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 green onions, finely sliced
  • 8 oz. Italian dressing
  • 1 c. red wine vinaigrette (with Cabernet Sauvaigrette)

    Combine both dressings well.

    Place all vegetables in a large bowl and pour dressing mix over them. Toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, stirring several times.
