  • 5 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. salad oil (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions
