  • 1 lb. can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 lb. can LeSueur peas
  • 1 lb. can French-cut green beans
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium size jar pimentos
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Heat sugar, vinegar, oil, water, salt and pepper.
