Ingredients

  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent seasoning
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli (washed, trimmed and cut into small chunks)
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower (washed, trimmed and cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and chilled

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except for vegetables.

    Place vegetables in a large container and pour marinade sauce over them.

    Stir container once or twice during marinating time (4 to 6 hours or can be a little longer).
