- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent seasoning
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli (washed, trimmed and cut into small chunks)
- 1 head fresh cauliflower (washed, trimmed and cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and chilled
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except for vegetables.

2Place vegetables in a large container and pour marinade sauce over them.

3Stir container once or twice during marinating time (4 to 6 hours or can be a little longer).
