  • 1 pkg. fresh broccoli
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1 c. salad oil

Directions

    Cut broccoli, cauliflower, onion and green pepper in small pieces.

    Add sliced carrots, salt and oregano. Add sugar to white vinegar.

    Mix well until sugar is dissolved.

    Add salad oil to vinegar and sugar.

    Pour over your vegetables.

    Let set overnight.
