- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. cauliflower flowerets
- 1 c. small fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 green sweet peppers, cut into strips
Directions

1Cook carrots in 1/2 cup water; boil for 5 minutes.

2Combine with cauliflower, broccoli, green peppers and mushrooms.

3Combine mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.

4Gradually add oil; stir briskly to blend.

5Pour over vegetables and toss to coat.

6Chill thoroughly.
