Ingredients

  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper (black)
  • 1 onion, slice and ring
  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn (white sweet)
  • 1 can small green peas
  • 1 large jar pimentos
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables

Directions

    Mix together first five ingredients.

    Bring to a boil and cool. Drain all canned vegetables.

    Place all in large bowl and pour oil mixture over.

    Let stand several hours or overnight.
